Well, I just did my OPK, and it's still negative. The line is almost identical in darkness to the one I did 24 hours ago, so either my surge happened during the night or it hasn't happened yet. The third option (which I'm hoping isn't the case) would be that my body geared up to O but didn't succeed. I guess I'll wait and see what my temperature is tomorrow. I wish I wasn't feeling so impatient.

I'm sure it will happen, Mocha. I know its hard not to be impatient but your body is still returning back to normal. If you had regular periods before than you should have no problems getting everything back in order. Don't you at the waiting game of conception? Sorta drives u crazy!

Yes, everything about pregnancy is about waiting...waiting to ovulate, 2WW, waiting for the 20W scan, waiting for the due date...it's exhausting! My cycles have always been very regular, so I'm hoping things go back to normal quickly.

I just called my doctor's office to follow up about those blood tests I had on Monday. The secretary told me that my HCG was at 13 then. Now it's 5 days later - any hope it's at 0 now? Maybe I should break out my FRER to test and make sure it's a BFN now - I get BFNs with ICs, but a more sensitive test might still be able to pick something up. Anyone know the sensitivity of a FRER?

Ok, thanks for your responses. So fr outside for 7-10 days, then once I get a +opk have sex 2 or 3 times on separate days. Should he have "releases" that we don't use in between our attempts? And I shouldn't use rephresh or jump and dump because of the clomid?? what about a combo of sylk and rephresh-does anyone know about that??

Mocha-I hope that it is just funky b/c of your m/c and that you get your bfp! it is so hard to know what is going on! fingers crossed!

I think it is 10 whereby a lot of less sensitive tests are 20.

AFM, I got another today which is unusual for me - I am having a longer LH surge than usual and had a ton of CM as well so FX I am having a good month for catching the egg. I am getting a bit bored of swaying now

Think we will DTD again tonight as really want to be pregnant - my lucky husband.....

I did end up using a FRER and I got the faintest shadow of a line - no colour - just a shadow showing where the line would be. I guess that must mean my HCG is around 10 or so now? I was a little annoyed because my doctor doesn't think another blood test is necessary - he wants me to go for a repeat u/s instead to make sure everything is gone from my uterus (there was a 2.4 cm piece left as of 2 weeks ago, but they seemed to think it would be reabsorbed). Honestly, I find going to the u/s clinic so emotionally draining since it's full of happy pregnant women, so I want to avoid going until I'm pregnant again. I don't think I'm going to bother going unless I still get a BFP early next week.

Oh well, from what I've seen online most women with an HCG of 13 are down to 5 or under within a week. I'm starting to think my body was trying to O this week but couldn't because of the HCG. Hopefully the HCG will be gone by Monday, which will be 3 weeks after my m/c, and my body can finally O.

I think that's a good plan amari - that's the advice when on Clomid, not to use anything else. Some girl swayers have even had to use a tiny bit of pre-seed even to get pregnant because their cm is so non existent. The FR is already making things harder for you along with the Clomid and you'll only be having a couple of attempts. If you don't get pregnant after a month or two you might have to DTD even more.
