Thank you guysI've tried the acupressure so many times in the past 3 days but I'm going to look for an acupuncturist today. Thanks BSpirit
I know that she'll come...but I was not ready, mentally, to go this late again
M- I went 10 days late with DS1 and 5 days late with Ds2. The thing is, I associate bad things with my first birth-meconium, Nicu stay, etc and it's freaking me outwhy can't this kid just come already???! I've never been this anxious to give birth before- which is not helping to get this going

DM - I know it's far easier said than done, but try not to stress. When I looked online I saw LOTS of stories of women having peaceful, natural, non-induced births up to 2 weeks late and beyond. I just know this little girl will come very very soon, and as soon as you're holding her in your arms you'll know she was worth every speck of trouble and stress she's been putting you though!

Thank you, M
You are totally right. I've read a ton of stories, know people that have had easy "late" births, attended a few clients with very late babies...all went well. I know that there is no magic number of days that go by that mean things will go wrong, but it's hard when this is all just stagnant, it seems. One of my biggest fears is stillbirth
And I know the chances are very low (1 in 500 past 42 weeks) but it stills weighs on my mind. Also- and this will sound absolutely horrible...so I apologize- I am terrified of losing my daughter, knowing its my girl, and thinking that if anything happened......would we ever get a daughter, ever again? It's terrible to even put words to those thoughts...I'm sorry if I offend anyone
I have high hopes for this weekend...but if I make it to Monday...I'll be a wreck. I know it. Huge hugs Mocha xo Thank you
I would seriously love a hug right about now ~

Oh yeah! She's moving(although she has really slowed down-not much room in there now) and I'm getting the amount of kicks/movements I need. I also check heart rate often and she sounds great
It's all in my head...just fears. Thank you Butterfly
I appreciate that, Hun xoxo

DM - you're not awful at all voicing those concerns. I think any of us who have finally gotten our long awaiting DG would feel the same way. Remember that your hormones are wreaking havoc with your emotions. Bring out the doula in you and remember the words of comfort you'd be giving a woman in your same exact situation. You little girl is going to be FINE. Big hugs and kisses from Ontario!
Tell this little girl if she doesn't come soon I might have to get on a plane and come there to give her a personal talking to!!
