The FDA approval process was widely seen as the main reason Microsort was limiting usage to family balancing. Yet now that they have apparently given up on the FDA, Microsort's two Mexico facilities still impose this market-shrinking limitation. What's up with that? Is Microsort simply being run by the world's worst marketers, as well as being seriously undercapitalized? And if they can't properly manage the technology themselves (which I'm guessing many of the people who have been following the Microsort story in hopes of unrestricted use for the past 10+ years very firmly believe), are they at least looking for well-capitalized investors who could fire all the current managers and properly bring this technology to market?

Why can't Microsort be used without FDA approval just like Ericsson is? They don't have any kind of approval and they still sell spinning services. Why can't Microsort reopen under another name and offer services?
