Haha my husband always accuses me of trying to poison him. It's like, my dear, if I seriously wanted to poison you, you wouldn't be here cracking jokes about it, you'd be DEAD! (now watch him turn up dead and me end up in prison because of this post LOL)
Ovulation can take place anywhere from 8-48 hours after positive OPK. The average is 36 hours. 48 hours may be pushing your luck...the egg may already be dead by then.

Thanks AS! Vitex must've delayed...
Thanks AS! I'm responding from phone so sorry for errors. DH quit frolic was on it maybe 2-3 days, nothing significant. But Vitex must've delayed O bc still no pos opk. I used rephresh on Thursday and began taking Zyrtec. I noticed a little CM today, but not a lot. If it may be delayed would you recommend waiting for positive OPK or starting tonight? Today or this morning he did his 7th FR...

If you are in a big hurry to get pg this month, I'd start now. If you have a little more time to spare, I'd wait for pos OPK and do just one attempt.

Sorry, one more question if you are still on computer...
Last month I had my first pos OPK on CD12 at 6 pm, then of course pos on CD13, 14, and then they started to fade on CD 15. On CD 15 felt OV pains from morning till night. Question is, does this seem fairly normal to have a few days of double lines? I check the sticks throughout the day.

Yes, it is normal to have double lines for a short time OR a long time. All the sticks measure is the amount of hormone in your urine and for reasons we don't understand, sometimes your body makes a little more or a little less. It tells you nothing about when you're going to ovulate, you can have pos OPK well after ovulation.

I still have not gotten a positiveI did stop Vitex and used rephresh last night just in case I was positive today, but no luck. I had a pos opk on CD 12 last month, and still waiting at CD 15. I had cm yesterday that's really why I used rephresh. I hope I haven't missed it...
