Timing question again

Thanks Ktigue! I got my BFP, so just keeping my fingers crossed it is a sticky one.

Northern - I was the same, I had been ttc for 6 months with a gap in between before I found this site and learnt about the LE diet etc. With my two boys we fell pregnant the first month ttc so 6 months felt like a long time for me. I was on the diet for 3 and a bit weeks and lost 8lbs in total, I didn't really want to wait much longer as my DH was growing impatient and just wanted us to get pregnant plus I knew I was starting to obsess over it all. I've got my bfp so hoping for a healthy pregnancy and if we get our dd that will be an added bonus. Best of luck with your sway, hope you get a BFP very soon. xx

Urgh, I just don't know what to do. He doesn't think he can do FR or CFR and I want to get pregnant ASAP with as many attempts as possible.

Then just let go of the frequency (I really don't think it sways much anyway, esp. not when you're doing other things to sway) and BD when the mood strikes you, being sure to get in minimum 3 attempts after pos. OPK. I got a girl in boy frequency as did auroara and several others.

Dh and I did abstain from AF to +opk, and then did the deed that night, which I believe put us about a day and a half-2 days before O. I dont believe in timing so this was fine with me and I also wanted to get pg quickly as I am way OCD and couldnt sway much longer without going nuts! .

We tried to give ourselves a good chance at getting pregnant, so we decided that instead of trying to dtd by guessing when O would occur, we would just dtd at the first +opk (by suggestion of Atomic, thank you!). This took a lot of the stress out of trying to decide WHEN. And if you have had good fertility, I would try that, and if it doesnt work then you could do more attempts next month. Good luck!!
