I was just curious I was doing the LE diet then had 2 m/cs and then I quit the LE diet because I wanted to wait awhile before I conceived I started WW because it seemed easier for me with more food I liked to eat and I got a surprised pregnancy that ended at 11 weeks again but made me wonder if I did carry it what were chances of a girl lol and I plan to do WW till dec and then jan start the LE diet again to try to conceive in march But also wonder if another surprise happens what are my chances lol

Makes sense to me!
If you get concerned about miscarriage on LE Diet, increase folic acid to 2000 mcg a day, and add in 18 mg iron every other day, 8-15 mg zinc 2-3 times a week, and be sure you're getting enough potassium and sodium (and use iodized salt if you can.)!!!
