    Thanks for this atomic. I will say even with the cheat meals here and there my diet is completely different than when I conceived my boys!

    Glad you posted this! I had a good 4 days of cheats I had assumed maybe this was the month of getting a BFP, but it wasn't! I ate meat - not a lot, but some and at a family party overly indulged on this cheese chili dip that was AMAZING and of course cookies and gross stuff I'm officially back on the LE wagon and today is CD1 My weight is down and I think it helps, plus many lazy swayers have had luck too!
