Hi all.. Well what a great find this is. I have 3 wonderful girls 8,6 and 4. Finishing off with a boy would just complete our family. We have been looking into PGD and have gone as far as to having the consultation and a few initial tests. This is still an option but after reading this forum my gut feeling is to try the swaying and give it one last go naturally. We conceived naturally within 2 months with all girls. As part of the PGD my husband has had a semen analysis which came back very low. Sup rising but interesting in that the swaying research claims, low quality, concentration semen is more pink?? Even if we were to follow the swaying could the fact my husband has low concentration semen effect the chance of a boy.
Even as I'm writing this I'm really geared up for giving this a go whole heartendly... But even tho id say I'm fairly Intelligent with two degrees, I'm at a lost where to start. Ha!! Not sure if it's the excitement of finding this site but please.... Can someone break it down . Where am I best starting. My weight fluctuates week by week. I was goi g to start weight watchers next week to try and lose a few pounds before I tried to conceive. Advice please!! My next menstrual cycle is due 23rd sept. If we went for PGD it would following my cycle in October, everything is upside down after finding this. Please lots of advice on where to start and what I need to do for a boy. This is definitely for me!! Thxs x

Hi Blueplease and welcome!!!
It is my belief, and the data supports, that low semen quality and concentration is more pink friendly so the first thing I'd do is make sure my hubby had the healthiest sperm he could. (diet, supps, and lifestyle factors will help with this)
Also, your condition and level of nutrient intake very likely sways blue as well - boys need more nutrients from conception on, so by providing your body with great nutrition and getting into good physical condition yourself will up your odds of blue (diet, supps, and lifestyle again!)
After those two things, you then need to concentrate on boosting your fertility as a couple by BD every 2-4 days, using Preseed to help increase odds of conception, using position to increase sperm count and laying flat for 30 minutes after BD.
Swaying blue is all about increasing fertility - yours, his, and together. Here is a list of links that will help get you started and then anything you're still confused on, just ask. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/tryi...blue-sway.html!!! As.. I have been hopeless with this site and obly just seen your reply. I think I'm getting there. Thx you so much. Everything you have said makes sense. I'm going to purchase a personal plan tomorrow. Will this start us off from the beginning... What supplements to start of on for dh to increase semen quality etc and supplements for me. I am very concerned about his low concentration favoring girl. Will the plan outline everything for us as I 100pc have to give this a go before PGD.

Yes, a plan will put everythign all together for you and now that I know about your DH's sperm issues I will take that into account and adjust the plan accordingly (the blue plans are always good for boosting sperm but I will adjust doses)
I will also C and P the diet stuff into your plan rather than having to send it piecemeal via PM and that way you'll have it all under one roof (the sway plans come with your own private forum, so you can ask me whatever you want and it will all be in one spot so you won't have to navigate the forums if that is difficult.)!!! Great great great. I'm just off to work but will purchase one this evening.and yes having everything in one place would be great. I'm finding replies to messages from a few days ago that I hadn't even seen. Ha!! Think I'm getting there. We conceived all our daughters within 2 months so were really surprised with the low semen concentration result. Someone suggested him having it done again as it could have been an off reading, but either way you adjusting the supps wont affect him if it is says back to normal will it?? Must go but will be in touch later.

No, it will only help sway blue.
A lot of people get their girls the first month of trying, it's just that for some men, lower sperm numbers and quality does seem to play a role in having more daughters.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
