Oh, you don't have to, I don't care where people ask q's as long as you make sure I see them!!

My crystal ball has a flat tire unfortunately limiting my ability to predict the future with reliability but I do personally believe both based on a couple of studies and also the experiences of people on this site and IG, that changes in cycle both shorter and longer do seem to either sway pink in and of themselves or be indicative of changes in hormones that are swaying. The only exception is people with PCOS who have long cycles and seem to have more boys regardless.

As in, I honestly wouldn't know if it weren't for my ovacue... I used to know for sure roughly when ovulation was happening, but now I wouldn't notice if I wasn't really checking... This *has* to be good right?
That is super good info, thanks for sharing! Since most people start everything all at the same time it's good to hear from people who have noticed changes just from one sway tactic in isolation.

Take it for a while and see.. It may shake them up for a month or two, but for me, as you've seen above, vitex has shortened my cycle by a week or more.

As a general rule, peopel who have long cycles have had their cycles get shorter on vitex.

I took Vitex on my June cycle but O ended up being delayed b/c I had to have surgery on my ankle so I didn't O until cd28. My previous cycle before that (no vitex) I o'd on cd 22. My past 2 cycles since taking the vitex I've o'd on cd17 & 18 respectively. I believe the vitex from my June cycle helped to move O earlier With my 2 youngest sons, I know my ovulation day for both was cd21 or later. Since the vitex has caused me to O earlier my past 2 cycles, hopefully that'll help us in our pink sway.
