    I think you are suppose to be on the diet for at least 6 weeks prior to your attempt, and I think diet and building muscle were the most important to me becuase it was completely different then when I conceived my girls

    I was having DH release every two days to keep his sperm count up. I initially wanted to DTD every two days after my period was over but it didn't work out like I had planned so we ended up DTD as soon as I got a positive OPK
