Hi bec.. Welcome!! I'm new here to and looking into swaying blue. I have 3 beautiful girls. I'm fairly overwhelmed by it all . Just gathering all the info at mo. Have u had a personal plan done?? How are u testing your cm- and what is vjcm?? Have you started testing your ph levels?? I'm hoping to attempt Jan so need to get a move in. Thxs x

hi blueplease and welcome i think that vjcm is vagina cervix mucus i don't to sorry there is a page withall the abbreviations and i myself would like to start trying in january and i don't have a plan yet i'm still trying to work out the vitamins thing and i will be test with opk and doing bbt temp as i have been told by other ladies on DG that its the best way to find ovulation the end of it on the ph side im not sure i think i will give it a go cause this will be my last baby so just for peace of mind i will test it the closes to ovulation... have you got a plan???

Hi...I am new to this site and i also am trying to sway boy. I have been doing the IG diet and taking supplements for the last 2 months. I have been a vegetarian so the things i can eat seem so limited.. I must eat like 5 bananas a day! Now seeing this site the GD diet seems so much easier to me...
