I think it's cut off but the 3rd pic has a sticky up thing that could be boy but the 2nd if not upside down might have a straight nub...

sorry, there was a glitch when I uploaded the pic that turned it upside down. The baby is laying on it's back. I corrected the image below. I am thinking boy still :-)
