MyGirl, Michaela and some of the other HTers are taking 600mg a day...on advice from their REs. So maybe the HTers are taking really high doses? All I know is it's expensive stuff!

I've upped my folic acid to 2000 and started the co-q10 every day, pretty sure it cant hurt? but will look into it further

That's Alot of supps your taking! I dont take so many but finding it hard to keep up.. I'm taking fish oil, multi vitamin, brewers yeast, wheat grass, folic and coq-10. I thought we were only allowed 60mg of the COQ-10 ? I was told to take that much by AS
Any recomendations on other blue swaying supps?

This means I wanted to bd twice on the day roughly 2 days before ovulation. I just had a superstition in my head that I wanted my bfp to come from a swimmer that was waiting in the crypts, so fill the crypts and have a race to the finish line when my body signals hopefully with the conditions favoring the blues
