I have heaps of things about eczema I can say, my boys both have sever ectopic. Anything concerning skin is eczema because eczema is anything to do with skin. Make sure you are using a unscented cream vary basic no nice smells, watch were you are spraying perfume and spray deodorant. Don't use any soap, and use sensitive clothes wash. Your GP will have some cream he/she will be able to prescribe. Pregnancy makes your skin more sensitive and also makes food allergy's pop up too. The picture looks like it would be sore, soothing you can use a cold compress, try not to let yourself over heat. A zinc based cream like Sudocrem will help sooth when sore and will stock up your cupboard on nappy rash cream for when bub's comes Sudocrem - Nappy Rash Cream. Don't rub dab when drying!
    Hoping for a pink rainbow!

No! It has been like this for a few days now! It does get worse after I shave though.
