    Thanks girl! I can add in push-up and other resistance exercises. All I need is the floor for that!

    If my arms are going to be bulky, I'd rather it be muscle than fat!!

    Not to be a big annoying nag but that is why I want blue swayers to drop the Shettles "one attempt only right at ovulation", because that does not yield the best odds of pg and for blue, the longer you go on diet, the more you tend to gain. I suggest 2-3 attempts up to as many as you can squeeze in, starting at pos OPK.

    Women CAN'T get bulky unless you are taking some pretty scary supplements (none of which we are using.) or are starting out on the burly side to begin with. It's physically impossible without assistance from Dr. Feelgood.

    Don't worry, people do lose weight sometimes and strong healthy babies of either gender do just fine. We are trying to help the ones who are a little weaker from the get go to have the best chance possible.
