Thread: Almond Milk

    I guessed that the almond milk has higher levels of vit e also, but haven't checked the back of the carton!
    (2002) (2005) from 1st marriage. TTC since Aug 2010- Dx: low sperm count and 1% normal sperm. We are giving up and moving on with a baby-free life.
    UPDATE: surprise bfp in Feb 2013! It's a BOY!

    Ok, the daily recommended amount of calcium for women 15-40 is 1000 mg, so 1% of that would be 10 mg calcium.

    7.5 mg per 250 mL would be less than 1% of your day's total.

    This also fits in with the recommendations for a boy-friendly diet, keeping calcium intake 250-400 mg a day.
