    That's really interesting. Number 2 could be the reason why there are more girls and less babies in general conceived during April.

    100 g of licorice EVERY DAY is a heck of a lot of licorice!!!! I seriously doubt you ate anywhere near that much.

    No probably not, although on some days maybe. So these women in the study ate 100g everyday all pregnancy? Are they sure it wasn't all the sugar that effected the kids?

    I think it was prob. the licorice because licorice is pretty strong stuff (it's actually used as medication in some countries) and a LOT of people eat sugar during pg.

    That was my understanding, that they ate that much licorice every day during their entire pg.
