Sorry one more qu - am I right in thinking that we don't count the fat/protein etc for salad fruit and veg? For example I had 2 low sodium wraps with hummus and salad for lunch today. I counted the wraps and hummus but not the lettuce, cucumber or tomato i put in it. Is that right? Or should I put every thing i eat into my fitness pal?

No you don't need to count non-starchy veg. With a few exceptions like avocado which are very fatty. Fruits you probably should count calories since they are quite high in sugar. You need to count the starchy veg like potatoes.

Don't even bother with protein/fats in most fruits/veg though, it'll drive you crazy and the miniscule amounts are inconsequential.

Low carb veg are free for everything, high carb (starchy or sweet) veg and fruit count just calories, high protein veg (beans, peas, lentils) count cals and protein, olives and avocado, count cals and fat. Sorry confusing I know but it's the best way to make sure you don't drive yourself mad counting things that don't even matter!

PS I'm not always cold because of the diet, I'm just generally always cold lol. I just heard somewhere that having the heating on a lot might sway blue and was hoping that that's not true!!
The heating thing is because of "ions" but on this site we don't find that the ions have any scientific support for swaying. X and Y sperm do not even have different electrical charges and therefore cannot be attracted or repelled differently by ions. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/scie...m-y-sperm.html

They're both ok, aspartame is supposed to be better. Some people tolerate one better than the other and if that applies to you, you should always go with the one that doesn't make you sick. I can do aspartame fine but splenda makes me get very jittery. Others have headaches on aspartame. Use what works for you.
