I've been thinking of you hun and came in to check how things went. So relieved that you have a healthy baby and that it is developing exactly as it should. Right on from your ovulation dates is a great sign. So sorry about your other bub. Must be hard. But concentrating on your healthy bub will get you through and yes, vanishing twin syndrome is very common.

I'm glad to hear that you have a healthy baby. Sorry that the other baby didn't make it. I have definitely heard that boys are more likely to miscarry so I think that there is a good chance that you have a little girl in there.

This is great news! Im so happy that your pregnancy will continue It is unfortunate about the twin that didn't thrive but like you said you could have come back with nothing, so that is a really a good outcome.

So good to hear that one of the babies is doing well. I am so sorry about the second one. I am sure it is still a hard time but also a happy one. Take care of yourself and try not to think about gender now. I know a lot easier said than done.

So sorry to hear both twins didn't make it. I'm very happy that one is healthy though I also don't think Ramzi applies to twins and even if it did it wouldn't be where the sac is, it is more to do where the placenta/yolk sac is attaching - if that is the case your little one is more central so not swaying boy or girl either way

    xx

Thanks ladies finding it harder today for some reason. I dont know if its just sunk in or if it was that i saw some gorgeous twins today that set me off thinking "what if" ..... I really wish things were different but know I need to be thankful for what we do have.

Thanks 3boys - how you doing ? Im having a tough day today - seems to be alot of twin related stuff where ever i look at the moment and i thought i was ok with 1 and i know i should be grateful i have 1 healthy baby at the moment but i just cant help feeling sad that ill never have the twins ive always dreamed of. Am just so gutted and cant talk to hubby about it as he doesnt understand and is more than pleased with just 1. Just wish i could shake the feeling. Got my midwife booking in in a couple of hours time so no doubt going to be lots of questions about it then just to make it worse. Grrrrr
