I don't think you need to go to such lengths to avoid what you did when you had your son... yes, eating a lot of vegetables/fruits is probably highly nutritious, but that doesn't mean you have to avoid them all this time. With DS2 I did the LE pink diet and still had a boy, but that doesn't mean that my diet was flawed and I will do the same next time I sway. Eating less variety of foods will sway for you, but you don't need to cut fruit and veg out altogether as there are plenty of lower nutrient ones you can eat plenty of, and you can still have the higher nutrient ones in small amounts too.
