I do think the best shot at a boy is with lots of natural EWCM BUT Preseed can only help.

I typically have people try for 3-5 attempts in the fertile window O-3 thru O day. Most people want to avoid O-2 and O-3 because they think it is Shettles timing that sways pink (it doesn't) so if you don't want to have attempts those days, 3 attempts starting at pos OPK are great. Have one the night of pos OPK, one the next morning if at all possible, then again the next night (will be O day).

That's the one I used, bought it off Amazon too. I used it during my window attempts - word of caution the 4gm (or whatever the meaurement is) is loads!! I should have stuck to 2 or 3 as 4, for me, really was too much.

We dtd the day of getting positive OPK and the day after - I think the guys on here suggest 3 attempts in 24hours from when you get a positive OPK...

I've bought ovulation sticks this time round. Once I get a positive opk.. How many hours/day would i stay fertile for? Or should I say how long do I have until the egg drops ?

it is different for everyone, once you get a positive opk you could ovulate anywhere from 12-48hrs

Most of the boy swayers dtd every second day from AF to +opk then go for it 3 times in 24 hours. I ran out of preseed so the month we conceived our little boy i just had natural ewcm, but i had a lot from taking fish oil and drinking lots of water every day.

as long as you eat protein with carbs and sweets then it is fine
