These drops look great to me, the one kind have sodium and potassium hydroxide (alkalinizing) and the others have baking soda.
I don't know how much you would use in a month either, I think you'd have to just go with what the bottle says to do. I ahve not heard anything negative about them.

I have 4 kids too and it's not easy to find time to be here. (like just right now I g2g)
I go ahead and order one because I just wan't to try it out for pH...and this is not gonna mess with anything else we do so I feel like it's safe to take it now.

I would be doing better but my husband shifted his work schedule around and his dad is sick so we have a lot to handle right now. I"m hoping things settle into a more predictable routine now.
