Or just start taking some on top of your prenatal and if the dizziness improves within 24-48hrs then keep it up.
I thought she swayed for boy so was thinking her iron/protein would be high- and she said loss of balance so I thought of vertigo i had and not your average dizziness/pass out feeling
but yeah the le diet is rough and I started getting all my yummy fatty/nutritious foods right back in asap

With both my boy pregnancies I was low iron despite taking prenatals, eating meat, lots of dark leafy vegetables etc. pregnancy in itself took it right out of me and I had to take iron on top of the prenatal. Good thing about iron is its quick and easy to see if you are low. Take extra and the effect is within a day. If no difference, it's not iron. You can drink prune juice to counter the effects. I never had constipation from it, probably because I absorbed it so readily since I was so low.

You're right, I'm vertiginous rather than just dizzy and I was doing HE (and I eat meat) but it certainly wouldn't hurt to get my iron levels checked. The pregnancy/breastfeeding combo may be tipping me over. DD3 is one soon which was my goal and then she and I will have a chat about weaning. I get "touched out" when preggers and had no intention of feeding through the whole pregnancy.

I like how my mw's just do a finger prick to check my iron so much nicer than the vial lol. def. get it checked but since you said it is hot def. try to stay hydrated and cocnut water really did help me.
