I feel the exact same way as I did three months ago. Except I miss chicken, lol. Although I've had more than a few cheats. So that's probably why.

    Bumping this question too.
How can you feel your T levels go down ?

I've recently come off the ketogenic diet, and cut out meat, and dairy. I feel so much calmer and less stressed out now.
Although reading symptoms of low test, it seems like I should be anxious, fat, and not have a libido lol. I feel none of those things

Ok you guys gotta be careful with these old threads.

What we used to think was "testosterone" may not BE testosterone. It may be something else, personality-wise, that we don't quite have the word for but it just refers to the personality differences between moms who go on to conceive boys, and those who go onto conceive girls.

I felt different when I conceived my girl than my "normal" personality. I was a lot calmer, more resigned to stuff, I wasn't as confrontational (even over things that I should have been confrontational about) and just generally more chill. Since I had lived 40 years with a certain type of personality, it was a very noticeable change to me, it's kind of hard to put into words but I have an essay here http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...ypothesis.html

Sorry to revive this old thread oops.

I feel that way too Atomic, like almost everything is 'water off a ducks back', and I feel way less the need to organise everything
Going to read the essay now, thank you for the link.

No, I'm totally fine with anyone reviving old threads but just that the quality of our knowledge is a lot less than in 2011.

honestly, sometimes I miss "the old me" it was a lot easier to get motivated for doing things. Now it's like, eh, it's going to be ok no matter what. (also good, but not as handy when I need to do some really super boring project. )
