Well, please don't stay away from anything "as much as possible" because the LE Diet is meant to be the safe lower limits of nutrient intake to start/sustain pregnancy. It doesn't mean starve yourself or cut out any nutrients all together. You need a certain amount of protein and sodium to sustain your body and dropping below those levels is not LE Diet and you can end up making yourself really sick.

I very much prefer people stay within 1500-1800 cals and not drop down to 1200-1500 unless they've plateaued or are very petite. never go below 1200.

Is there a 'better' ovulation calender I can use to chart my cycle? So far the few Ive looked at had me fertile from the 22nd, others the 24th, and my O day the 26th, 27th, etc. Im be honest, I dont want to spring for the test if theyre pricey. Should I just go with the 23rd and cross my fingers? Im doing cutoff.

This is for March... going to skip TTC this month. March is better for girls supposedly too? My boys were made in December for #1 and July for #2.
Timing doesn't sway, the online calculators are not reliable, and my advice is to get yourself some cheap OPK and go for one attempt at positive OPK. DTD on the 23rd for an ovulation as late as the 27th is not going to get you pregnant, esp. once you start throwing sway tactics into the mix http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...le-timing.html

In the Northern Hemisphere Mar-May is believed to be somewhat pink friendly, but plenty of opposites are conceived.

It depends on how much you weight coming in and how much you want to lose before your attempt.

If someone weighs 100 lbs, they have no business losing 2 lbs a week now for an attempt in May. If someone weighs 300 lbs, they can safely lose more than 2 lbs a week and may need to if they want to attempt in May. I can't give a blanket recommendation that way.

Well for me, eating the minimum required is staying away as much as possible. I love my protein, and now that Im looking at the numbers, I never knew just how much I actually ate! Peanut butter for breakfast, tuna for lunch, beef for dinner. I think thats going to be the biggest challenge for me, along with eating enough potassium.

Would this be a good one to buy? First Response Ovulation Test - Walmart.com Im actually going to SuperWalmart tomorrow since thats where I food shop. I was also going to look at the supps and am considering adding SP and perhaps Vitex if I could find it. I would do those along with the aspirin and AF to O, and then wean off of it. Zyrtec about 7 days away from my projected O so it has time to get working. Is there an amount you should take with the aspirin, SP and Vitex? Daily? I know theyre blood thinners and may not work for me. Do you just stop cold turkey?
