I think the HE diet works pretty quick so I don't think it's in any way necessary to start the diet as far out as the girl swayers do.
It can take fully fertile couples doing nothing to sway 3-6 months to get pregnant under ideal circumstances. I believe blue swayers should get pg more quickly than pink, but it may still take a few months.![]()

Yes 6 weeks is a perfect time, i think when you do a blue sway too far out you slowly get fed up and start dropping things whereas you do 8-6weeks you seem more motivated.
I started my sway 5th November 2012, the reason why it took me a while was because DH got cold feet and wanted to wait so now weve pushed ours to april/May time.
Now Im not sure if i should go for an attempt in April just incase i dont get a BFP then try again in May????
I know with my DD it took me 2 months 1st month we stopped any protection and 2nd month we were doin alot of releasing (ofcourse we wernt aware of swaying back then) Im 23 so i dont know if age makes a difference or not.
