B6 and dandelion caps helped me. Honestly too what helped me was eating - regular high protein that I wanted. So easy stuff for me was yogurt and peanut butter toast. I also cut food up small and ate slowly so I didn't gag. That made a big difference in helping me keep things down and get over the MS!

Two words - Jolly Ranchers. Those things are like magic for curing morning sickness. Pop one in your mouth right when you wake up, before you get out of bed. I went from barfing every single morning with DS 1 to only barfing once with each subsequent pregnancy.

I love this thread!!!! I always have just done saltine crackers and ginger ale. I think I will try b6, candy, and wrist bands this next time!!! Thanks again ladies for all the awesome m/s tips!
