If you have any problems when taking it go straight to your doc. He/she has to treat you even if the drug is not prescribed. Just go on about how desperate you were to conceive ( might be good not to go to your normal doc as you have a young baby). Not sure if I would take it or not - as much for the twin side effects as anything
