Why aren't my Temps rising! :(

I have to take my temps twice a day.. So I do in evening at around 11:45pm after I have been lying in bed since 10pm and again in morning... I have to do two cos I have constantly interrupted sleep with my youngest and was told as long as I have the same routine every evening with resting from 10pm - 11:30pm I can also temp at that time... My evening temps are more constant as kids are in bed and I keep same... But still do mornings aswell... I have heard quite a few people "have" to do this... It's of course not as accurate as first morning temps

Well you've taught me something there because I had no idea you could do that!! My temps go to absolute shit if I take them after no sleep, my charts while breastfeeding (she would do very 2 hours day and night URGH!) were just nonsense lol

Did you ever get your rise? I'm in the same boat... Although so far I've had two days positive opk and will text again today. No temp rise though. I too have uninterrupted sleep but the temps are still pretty standard and similar to my pre ov temps I had when ttc ds2.

Yes I did... 3 Dpo the temps made a massive spike up and have more or less stayed there.. Just patiently waiting now till testing day

My opk went negative today so hopefully my temps will go up soon. By the way I meant to say my sleep is interrupted, not uninterrupted (can't remember what that feels like!!).
