I have been using full fat milk for cooking and in my morning smoothies, along with greek yogurt. With my girls I rarely consumed milk and when I did it was skim.

I was putting on too much weight so i swapped the dairy milk for almond milk, and the almond milk has a tad more protein i think.

Don't think it's a deal breaker either way hun, i have two boys and i'd don't like milk at all however i ate a lot of protien including low fat dairy (cheese and yogurt) when i concevied my boys

I wouldn't say it's a deal breaker either way hun i'd puke if i drank a glass of milk ;-S

I ate Brown Cow Cream top yogurt during my last attempt. I have eased off the HE diet a bit in the 2ww because I am just gaining too much weight.

I have been eating Chobani yogurt in the 2ww but the Brown Cow was tasty, just fattening!!! I can't stomach full fat milk either.

Thanks for all the information. I've been adding full fat milk to my chocolate protein shake. I think I will go every other day in 2ww. Dairy creeps me out for some reason. DD was allergic to it when I was nursing and I had no problem what so ever dropping it. I think it's because I have a lot of vegan friends who tell me how bad dairy is for us after nursing!!

I would be sick if I had to drink a glass of milk. But I used full fat milk in my porridge and ate full fat yogurts and cheese every day.

With my daughter I would have had skim milk and fat free yogurts but the same quantities.
