Atomic, remind me what the upper limit on fat is? I wanna say I'm regularly going over my MFP limit already. And I weighed 118.0 this morning.
So should I gain a little weight back or is that a bad idea? Or just try to maintain and hope af returns soon?

Oh, and what are the higher carb vegs? Any veggies I should really stay away from? I remember reading peas, beans, corn, and avocados are not the best, but in my situation, would they be ok?

Also, just FYI, I don't have insulin resistance & never had gestational diabetes with any of my pregnancies. BUT, my diet was very high in sugar...major sweet tooth.
Working on that big time now.

If you are really having trouble keeping weight on you may have no choice but to try some empty carbs.

Thank you for your responses. They are so helpful! Unfortunately, I was 117.8 this morning. I just HAVE to stop losing, or I'll never O!! The thing is, I'm exercising (always have), and really don't want to stop...so my calorie intake is actually more in the 2100-2200 range, and I'm still losing. It has to be the bf that is causing the weight loss, although we are now down to 2x/day. Planning to drop another feed in a couple days, so maybe weight loss will stop soon. I am hardly tracking fat at all, just trying to watch protein (and sugar) more than anything. I think I am comfortable with this, as my diet is still so drastically different than it used to be. I hope to plateau or maybe even gain back a couple pounds...thinking I should be somewhere closer to 120. BUT, if I feel O is about to come back, I will not try to gain any weight. I could possibly be impatient about it, as I know I hadn't gotten it back yet with DS2 at this point. But, with my cm drying up, I feel like I am kinda devoid of hormones, ya know? Oh well, I will just have to see how it all goes...thanks again so much for all the info!

It may be that your ovulation will come back in 3 months if you do everything you can to bring it on, and a quarter of a year if you do nothing and just wait it out. I PROMISE that if you're eating a reasonable amount of cals, it will come back in time, even if you're down a couple lbs. People think they need to "fix" everything but your body will fix itself, it just may take a month or two or three.
