One more question I had that I'm not sure about when swaying is, if I am trying to conceive a girl should I be taking fiber? Is so how much?

Yes take fiber with any meal containing fat. Tehre's no set amount, if you don't eat much fat at a particular meal, you prob. don't need it

I thought I saw something about Vitex & Vit B combo? Have you heard of this?

I would stay away from B vitamins except via diet, with the exception of folic acid which all swayers should be taking.
