??? you can take them together at the same time of day, if you can find that thread again I would be happy to take a look at it and explain or correct it.
What you SHOULDN'T do is be taking both flaxseed and EPO. They perform the same function, you don't need them both, and it's VERY important that you are getting at least the same if not more, of Omega 3 fatty acids found in fish oil. It is bad for your health and quite probably your sway, to get a higher dose of Omega 6's (found in EPO and flax), than Omega 3. So you need to be sure you're getting more Fish oil and stick with just one or the other EPO or flax (I think EPO is better, the only people who should take flax are those who EPO has not worked for.)
Please start taking the fish oil again right away. These supps are blood thinners and it is risky to suddenly stop all blood thinners - it can cause your blood to clot too easily and could cause blood clots in your legs or even heart attack or stroke in rare instances. Wean off fish oil gradually.
Take the EPO or flaxseed the first 12-14 days of your cycle only. The EPO/flax is what delays O for most people and by stopping it earlier in your cycle, it can help prevent delays in ov.
I personally don't think the l-arg is a good idea for you. It will be like throwing fire on a flame; if you have delayed ov. to begin with, l-arg is the WORST for delaying ovulation and will only make it worse. Plus, we have seen mixed results with l-arg and CM - some people did get more CM when taking it but others, it dried up their CM all together.

I was taking 2 1200mg fish oils a day plus 2 1000mg coconut oils a day, I ended up with thick congestion on my chest and wheezing and was 1000% convinced I had some how developed asthma due to DHs smoke breath, I even went to the Dr for tests. Then I saw a warning on here about something, too much fish oil??? and cut back and all the congestion and wheezing went with it, so I would def say just take 1 a day
And if you notice any side effects then look again at what your taking
And my coconut oils was in gel capsule formIt is god in alot of alpha linolic acids?? which are healthy, but if you hunt down my 2nd sway I became a bit of a supp freak lol!!

Hi atomic, You wouldn't believe how many time I have tried to reply to this & lost it all every time,
Anyway here I go again
Only talking BlackMores PP85 which is potassium minerals tablets I have been taking them for 3years or so,Folic Acid, wasn't really sure what to take I was going start taking the list that dloui 128 suggested, What do you think ? I was taking the flaxseed oil,EPO & fish oil for about a week then stopped like I said before, I was due to O on the 2nd & am still waiting todays the 16th.
diet- I have been eating, cereal every morning with bee pollen on top, red meat everyday,tomato,dried apricots,Ice burg lettuce,potatoes,raisins,baby carrots,broccoli, sweet potato & almonds, What other nuts do you suggested? salt on everything also.
eggs & mushrooms Is that ok to have? & porridge(oats) What do you think of my over all choice of food? anything on there I shouldn't eat that would sway pink?
I have always had lemon water everyday for years first thing in the morning but have had it with warm water does it make a difference if it's cold water or warm?
I jog in the mornings 6km & then two hours later go to the gym, I see before you have said to have a break between cardio & weights ,Is 2hrs enough of a break?
