See Atomic I sort have the feeling that if I am doing the diet, and taking supplements and my PH is still high, then there isn't much I can do about it, since I will not use douches. So what is the point of stressing myself and obsessing about the PH factor if there is nothing I can do about it, KWIM?
I don't know. I am buying Ion bracelets this month for DH and myself that are going to cost me $70 and I just feel so guilty spending more money on an electronic tester. I wish the strips worked for me.

I went back and clarified my answer but I agree with you 110%. If you're doing the diet, it is fine to drop the pH testing and in fact it may help you by eliminating a source of stress. The people who "didn't check pH and had an opposite" I think is a total coincidence because in my experience, the same people who didn't check their pH were the same ones who wouldn't do diet, either. So it was probably NOTHING to do with them checking their pH, but because they didn't do other things that were much more important.
I personally would not buy an electronic tester.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
