I personally think that it's best to avoid the sky-high doses of B vitamins (Super B complex vitamins have TONS of B vitamins in them) unless you are proven to need them for some reason. The Women's One a Day's have good amounts of B vites in them to start with.

I added super B complex to my supps a few months ago. Should I cut them out?!

No, you were taking them for some reason which I now can't remember but they were indicated in your case. And once you've started them, you need to continue them or your body will interpret that as a drop in nutrients, which is the last thing you need right before your blue sway.

There is a difference between just not starting something, and stopping something you are already doing. Just because i recommend the one, doesn't mean that I think the latter is a good idea.

Maybe because I am a vegetarian so I am not getting the B vitamins from meats? I can't remember why I started either haha ... I am pretty sure that must be the reason though because DH is on them as well.
