I have done much better today, i had Shreddies for breakfast (made me feel ill, have shreddies always been disgusting???) with a banana, for lunch i had sausages, egg and chips, and for tea we had chicken and bacon pasta bake (with cheese though - its a hard habit to break!) with a glass of red wine. I havent felt hungry all day due to the size of the meals, ive had no coffee (big thing for me!) i took 1000 mg of omega 3 and 1000mg of epo, a prenatal but ive run out of folic acid, i will be able to get some more tomorrow so thats just a one off. Ive been doing some easy muscle building activities, and we have so far dtd on cd5, cd8 and will do tonight on cd11 - it doesnt seem enough but its what we've got! We are planning to do cd14am and cd15am as our attempts (might do cd14pm as well if we have the energy!) i usually o on cd15.
Any extra advice between now and Friday would be gratefully received!
Oh, ive drank lemon water today too.

Tmi - is jump and dump or tilting hips better for blue?
Why have i got it in my head i shouldnt eat cheese?? Obviously too much reading after too much wine has made it a bit blurry haha! Thanks hun

I think its hard to shake some of the ideas from other sites about things like cheese swaying pink, here any great nutritious things like a good bit of cheddar are def thumbs up for blue lol

Ah brill thank you, im feeling much better about things today again, when i think about it i am making sure i have veg/salad with every meal, as well as meat which i never did before, im taking pre natals which i only ever used to start when i got a bfp, loads of folic acid and i never took fish oils before either.
Can i just ask - do you stop the omega 3 fish oils before ovulation like the epo? Im stopping the epo today on cd12 (ive always stopped at cd 10 but thought id give it a few extra days this time) and have ran out of omega 3, but ill go get some from the pharmacy tomorrow if you are meant to carry on. Ill have a look through the threads too
I swore i knew everything i need to from here but i seem to be finding more questions lol!

Just a note, and not to get too personal...but you also want LOTS of EWCM when you sway blue. Are you doing robitussin? I always found that grapefruit juice and lots of water worked

I do tend to get quite a bit, tmi - i am currently walking around feeling like ive pee'd in my pants a bit from all the watery cm! (Sorry!!) and i always get ewcm on the tissue just before o, so i am currently on the watch for that as i dont want to o early again (o'd 2 days early with dd1 and with one of the miscarriages) and miss dtd at the right time! We dtd last night, and no ewcm today so I am hoping if I see any tomorrow we can dtd tomorrow pm and thursday am and friday am without it being too much too soon and not miss o!
I have always had quite bad ovulation pains so i tend to know when it is, so fingers crossed those pains stay away til at least thursday, coz hubby has thursday and friday off, the girls will be at the childminders and we can do some emergency bd'ing lol!!
Thank you so much for all the help and advice ladies, if we are not successful this month i will def be adding robitussin and grapefruit juice to my diet next month!!
