As long as you are moving in the direction of less, that's all you need to do. there are no magic foods that make you have boys or girls, it's the overall nutrient content of your diet that counts. Most of those foods are allowed on LE Diet. I ate TONS of hummus when I TTC my DD.

Ladies, if you are feeling dramatically unwell on LE Diet, there is somethign wrong and you need to figure it out before proceeding. My first guess would be a lack of iodized salt/iodine. That having been said, if you have just started doing diet within the last 6-12 weeks it is unlikely that any hair-related issues have to do with diet. I have seen people start diet and literally 2 days later are like "my hair is falling out this diet is killing me". Um, no.

The most important part of the LE Diet is that nutrients are kept high enough for your health and a healthy pregnancy. That's why it is important to track nutrients. It is NOT meant to be starvation or "crappy diet", it is meant to lower your condition safely. If you don't at least somewhat track what you're eating and eat sensibly, then it isn't LE Diet.

Like Atomic says there's no magic foods that guarantee a girl but I can definitely share what *may* have contributed. I love cheese, so I had no problem with the dairy part. I also eat bread/toast with butter, white rice/noodles, also candies like gummies and skittles. Basically lots of white flour and starches, though I did intentionally avoid potatoes for the sway.

I am on week 6 and the skipping breakfast does get easier as you go on. It doesn't actually bother me now skipping breakfast and I used to eat breakfast every day!! I have my first meal at 12 noon. As far as I know and as far as atomic said there are no magic foods. Track with myfitnesspal app, once your keeping track of you calories, fat and protein you can eat what you want.
Sushi kitty my skin was bad when I started LE diet but its settled down now. It was probably the change on the diet.two gorgeous boys
And a beautiful little girl
Our sway worked!!!
Thanks atomic and all at GD X

I've found the LE diet has actually improved my hair. Because of my PCOS and naturally high testosterone it used to fall out quite a lot but since I've cut out meat it hardly falls out at all now - I can only take that as a good sign my testosterone levels are getting lower!
(I have had the odd spot though!)Mummy to 2 very handsome little men who are my world
