Feeling really frustrated and angry at myself now!!
I have looked the boy sways on here and see loads who were taking lots of b vits
None taking gensing , but it was in the royL jelly ibought so thought nothing of it! Had also thought itwas a bonus since gensing raises T levels?? But have done some googling and found out otherwise ....
So now I'm just fed up! Been on He diet for 6 months now and feel like just dropping everything! What will be will be!!! I'm this close to quitting!

Ok then it's fine to go ahead and TTC this month, I don't think it will lower your odds by much, just being overly conservative I'm sure xx

Others may have been taking some B vitamins but there is already 800% of some B Vitamins JUST in your prenatal. So a person who is taking a reg. prenatal with 100% B vitamins and then adds a B complex that adds a tiny bit more is still taking way way way less than you are taking right now.
