looks like a boy. we had a cord shot with ds2 and it was much thicker/longer than his boy parts.

Looks like a boy to me!! You can see his two testicles on the sides! Those two white spots are his balls. Ive had that with all three of my boys on multiple ultrasounds! Good luck
