Really dloui? Wow you eat so little! I've heard caffeine (coffee) can keep you full throughout the day...maybe I need to do that because by 9:00a.m. I'm starving, but somehow I manage to make it till 11:00 a.m. it's such a HUGE change/challenge for me. Wow! I'm shocked at everyone's responses I really thought you had to avoid them...hmm?

It's one of the more Old Wives' Tale type of tactics that I keep around because it doesn't hurt anything and may help on occasion, but I am not convinced it makes very much of a difference at all.
