I can't encourage you enough to read all the boy swaying essays. Their are many essays where Atomic spells out exactly which foods are the most bang for your buck and WHY those foods are idea.
One of my favorite essays is "Eating Smarter, not harder for blue". Lots of good info in there.
If you need exact details on certain foods please consider purchasing a 21 day meal plan for TTC blue, load of good info in that too! Best of luck!

I do have essays on that in the Dream Members section.
All vegetables are fine and allowed for blue, but the more nutrient dense, the better. Corn, green beans, and zucchini are not packed with nutrition so you'd be better off focusing on the veg that are more nutritious (spinach, carrot, bell pepper)!!!
