I really don't recommend counting calories if you have had an eating disorder. Proceed with great caution and if you feel yourself falling back into a bad mental state seek help sooner rather than later.
It is 100% totally possible to get a girl without dieting. I have other things you can do and alternate diets that do not include calorie counting that also sway pink.

Thanks for helpful answer!
Yes I mean Soy sauce - probably mixing it up with IG but I thought I was to avoid salt? (as I guess Soy sauce is full of?)
I figured that since I might start ttc before having done the diet 6 weeks i shold try to be as strict as i possibly can, at least until the first eventual ttc. If doing the diet for long time I understand I would have to find a more varied menu and way of living.Gorgeous4

I personally do not think sodium sways blue (and may even sway pink in higher amounts)
But unlike many of the "traditional" sway tactics, limiting sodium IS possible to do on LE and does not make it any harder to get pregnant or anything like that so I do keep it in the mix. I didn't do it though and I got my girl eating tons of the stuff.
It is way way way easier to stick to LE Diet without the sodium restriction.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
