wow that sounds awesome wanting! The weight loss and cardio will def give you the best shot! You even got the one attempt only in there!

I am planning on attempting in april and have been on the LE diet since Jaunary 1st. This last 7-8 week stretch I am doing cardio 5-6 days a week at 60 minutes and will be taking fiber. I am not eating meat or snacking and have already lost 15 pounds. Dh is taking Olive leaf extract and will take licorice root as well in april. He too is not eating meat. We are also planning the one attempt at +opk and doing abstaining as well. Hoping this is it for me!!

I don't know if flax seed is recommended for LE but omg it's super high in finer makes you feel full and I lost 2lb in the first couple days having it... You have to make sure to blend the seeds tho

Oooh! Excited to see your test tomorrow!! There are a lot of oops happening around here but I thought mine was a shock! Better not happen after mine gets snipped lol!

Officially 4 days late...did a cervix check cause normally I would be able to get blood a day or two before period and nope nothing just clear cm

Have to wait for do to get up to get a test... And he worked til 5 so won't be for hours still...

My period has literally never been late unless I'm pregnant...

I think it's a fingerprint or something from when you took it out of the case. not a positive test.
