I would not worry one bit about garlic or guac once a week! Especially not the minuscule dehydrated amount in salad design!!

We ate beans and rice with almost every meal(Husband is mexican) and always use/used garlic when we boiled chicken and beans. Not to mention cooking a lot of the rice with blended tomatoes!
So I think it's definitely safe to say garlic, rice and beans does not guarantee a boy!Last edited by 4 blues~hopingforpink~; March 17th, 2014 at 02:14 PM.

Whenever I'm tempted to panic about eating garlic, I think about the Lebanese restaurant that I love, and the Middle Eastern women who eat there with all girls. The entire Middle East would be nothing but men if garlic was some magic bullet to blue, but there are no magic bullets, no magic foods. Cutting back isn't a bad idea, stressing about tiny amounts is. Beans are fine as long as they fit into your daily protein limit. I love eating Chipotle's salads on LE, but I stick with vegetarian, beans and pico, and skip the sour cream.

I like eating at chipotle too! I skip the beans though..gross! lol. I get rice, fajita veggies, cheese, salsa and lettuce and I even get meat but give 95% of it to my son to eat so I just get some flavoring from it.

Oh! Also, I was so low on potassium that I had to add the occasional avocado into my diet. Be sure to check and make your minimums! Sometimes that means eating foods that aren't traditionally considered "pink."

Ok, the ONLY really truly important thing in the LE Diet is the overall limits of the day. If you stick within those, you are doing LE Diet. The rest of it is jsut things that may help a little bit and/or that people ~may~ want to include.
giving it to you straight here, the main reason why many of the things that are "no-no's" in LE are spelled out at all, is only to save myself the 10 zillion q's about "is this ok"? that plagued me back on IG. If I didn't include those things, I would have been asked about it again, and again.
Basically, I know people will ask about specific foods so I tried to nip the q's in the bud and cover as much ground as I could. But it just seems like no matter what people can't see the forest for the trees - either I say nothing about foods and get a billion q's, or I cover the foods in the diet and end up fielding a billion q's from people panicking that they can't do everythign.
I can't say strongly enough that you guys are not SUPPOSED to do everything. That was never my intention. You are supposed to follow the overall limits of diet and then if you CAN, those are things that may help some miniscule amount (I doubt many of them matter at all).
I really really strongly urge anyone who is struggling to become a Dream Member because I have essays in there that will really help.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Please do not replace worrying over pH levels, timing, etc with worryign over worrying. That was never my intention when discussing the Maternal Dominance stuff. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...ypothesis.html All I want you guys to take away from the Mat. Dom. stuff is to NOT treat swaying as a game you can win or a project where if only you do it "right enough" you are guaranteed a daughter. It doesn't work that way. Being a control freak and worrying over details so small that they simply cannot matter (like tiny amount of dehydrated garlic in salad dressing when everyone out there is obviously eating it all the time and getting girls) is what you need to NOT do!!!

Yes and also keep in mind that a lot of diet stuff is also addressing people who really aren't DOING diet that much, so for THOSE people, lets say maybe they aren't doing much in terms of restricting calories overall oreven protein (maybe they're eating chicken and eggs still like on FGD). maybe I can get them to reduce intake of some things like beans or the higher nutrient veg, YK?? That may help salvage a sway even for someone who is not doing diet in the way that I feel to be the most effective.
But that in NO way means that someone who IS doing diet b@lls to the wall, then ALSO has to completely avoid beans and higher nutrient veg!! If you're eating 1500 cals and 40 g protein, no one needs to care one iota about beans or broccoli! Ya just can't be getting enough nutrients from them to matter. the people who do need to think about it, are the people who are eating 2500 cals and/or dairy and chicken and eggs. In that case then yes maybe cutting back on some other types of protein might help, but that doesn't mean that the rest of us need to concern ourselves with stuff like that.
IT is the limit of diet and not the foods.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Please please please can I just re-iterate Atomic's words here re trying to do it all just right. That was my attitude when swaying & that's why my gorgeous little pudding ds3 is snuggled in my arms right now! You cannot do it all, it isn't like a game where if you follow all rules just right the magic key will appear. It's still down to luck & as hard as it is for me too striving for perfection is not the way forward for a pink sway. Counter-intuitive I know! Best of luck &
