Don't be scared, it is really easy.

First of all there ARE no forbidden foods on LE Diet, cheating is not only allowed but encouraged, and a lot of stuff that is in the diet is just suggestions that some people might want to do. You DO NOT need to do everything that is in the diet.

I found it quite easy to do diet with my family (and I had 4 kids at the time.). I just made normal meals and then I didn't eat the meat and sometimes would have salad and veg along with a smaller portion of, or in lieu of a fattening dish.

It only needs to be intense for YOU , not anyone else. it doesn't matter what she or her or this person is doing, just do what you are able to do, even walking, for 60 minutes and that is perfectly fine.

I'm glad you are having so much success- that makes me more excited about it!
Just eat more calories so you are holding steady where you're at wihtout losing weight. The diet still sways even if you don't lose weight.
