    I made a really yummy portobello mushroom burger. I marinated it in balsamic vinegar (allowed on the low everything diet), topped it with a slice of low fat provolone and put it on a low sodium bun. Yummy!

    TOTALLY! No magic foods. But I figure since we all want to optimize our chances, onions and garlic are easy enough to avoid and they don't exactly stick to the ribs, so the benefits don't outweigh the potential risk.
