I think it's like a non dairy non fatty powdered milk substitute.... I was thinking it may be an unhealthiest option to milk and therefore better for LE.

No good for me anyway as can't find it anywhere in any of the supermarkets here in France - think will add it to my shopping list for when visitors come from uk next !!

Yes really creamer is quite dreadful stuff and should be great for LE! The fats in it are the type that sway pink in animal studies, whereas the type of fat in dairy is the type that has swayed blue in studies. We are aiming to get more of the "pink" fats than the "blue" ones http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...pink-blue.html

Cows are and produce what they eat and how they are treated. Most dairy cows in the US are hooked up to machines for years, pumped full of hormones and antibiotics, are fed grain and other products a cow was never meant to eat, and not allowed to move around a lot which causes massive inflammation which causes a higher % of Omega6 fats in the milk. 100% Grass fed cows that are allowed to free range feed will have a higher % of Omega3 in the milk. That milk then goes on to be pasteurized, homogenized, and fortified. JMO but there is a big difference between grass fed, free range, raw milk and the stuff that they call milk in the grocery store. I can't speak for how it is produced in other countries.
