I do want to mention that I don't feel the frequency patterns have gotten the results we'd need to see to justify their existence, BUT if you want to play around with them, that is of course up to you. But be sure you guys keep the one attempt longer than the frequency, because one attempt is getting it done!

Another question to add to the list on this thread, how many times would dh need to FR if we did go down that route? Atomic i know im a pain and im sure you have probably answered these a million times but id so appreciate your wisdom!

once daily for 7-10 days. I am really not loving this method any more though. It is making people get too stressed out and inhibiting odds of conception way too much, and only to not sway at all anywya.
