Thanks ladies, that's very helpful! Will check out those Snack-a-Jacks sweet mommy.
I've actually just discovered M&S Dolly Mixture, 100g = 375 cal, 1.4g fat and 1.9g protein! Perfect for an empty cal hit!

Thanks for all the help ladies! I added a tasty kake to my dinner last night (so processed and gross!), and still lost 1.8 lbs since yesterday. ARGH. Today I added 20 oz of full calorie soda, 6 ounces of low fat frozen yogurt and a 70 calorie pack of gummy bears. Hopefully I'm pregnant soon , it kills me to eat this crap!

I would have you up cals in the form of carbs and more Omega 6 and transfats. The protein is not necessary to increase becasue I have not seen that be AT ALL helpful for slowing weight loss.
My suggestion - soda pop. It slams the brakes on weight loss and it's nothing but sugar.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
