Plz share Ideas for 9-11 sevings of fruits aday??

Hmmm...I'm honestly not sure how much water is in a coconut? And is that not more expensive than storebought coconut water?

That having been said, the 9-11 servings is just a goal to reach for, if you were to get 8 servings that doesn't mean you;ll have a girl LOL! So yes, go ahead and count the water in the coconut and then eating some coconut as a serving of fruit, even though technically the coconut isn't a fruit or veg, it's still nice for a boy! (now you're making me hungry! I love fresh coconut)

Its not more ecpensive thn store bought coconut water n it is much much pure thn store bought its about half a cup in each coconut it depends somewhat on our luck too that hoe much water is inside n m loving coconut milk too that tastes so yum
